Eating Lunch with Your Student

We encourage parents and guardians to eat lunch with their student here at Intermediate School East. We have implemented new procedures for the 2023-24 school year that will encourage safety in our building and help with crowd control. 

NEW Procedures to eat lunch with your student

·        You must have a background check on file. This includes grandparents, siblings, other family members, etc. We will no longer               accept a driver’s license to gain access to our building. Please visit https://secure.safevisitorsolutions.com/safe/visitor/470 to get           this process started.

·        You will be able to eat lunch with your student only. Friends cannot join unless the other parent or guardian is also present.

·        We have two areas in our building designated for this: our gallery and outside door 10 on the picnic tables  

·        Please ask a staff member when you arrive what bathrooms we allow visitors in our buildings to use. We do not allow visitors to           use our student restrooms for any reason.
